The “Working Group for Equity and Inclusion”  is an International Astronomical Union’s (IAU) Executive Committee Working Group.  Its main focus is the development of tools, resources and strategies to accomplish a real inclusion for people with any kind of disabilities or in disadvantaged situations in astronomy research and outreach.

I co-chaired and chaired this WG from 2015 to 2021.
